Trish Martin
Trish started with Golden Door as a Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer in 1982.
Upon graduation from San Diego State University in 1988 with a degree in Business
Management, Trish returned to Golden Door and worked as a Scheduling Coordinator
for 15 year. After becoming Assistant Fitness Supervisor in 1996, Trish quickly
moved into the Fitness Director position the following year. She gives weekly
lectures on weight management and helped develop Golden Door's Spirited Walker
Program.
