Water Week

The allure of exercising in the water is not only how good it feels on a warm day, but the increased ability you’ll discover to work sometimes stubborn joints and muscles without the strain or impact that land-based workouts may include.

Water cushions and protects the body while, at the same time, offering a resistance factor that works the entire body, improving cardiovascular function, muscle strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility.

Decoding Your Dreams with Tricia Kelly

Dreams love to express themselves in double entendre, humor and disguise. They ask us to stop making sense of everything and enter into the mystery of the subconscious. Decoding your dreams can tell you where you are developmentally and what areas of your life need your attention.

Tricia Kelly has been working with dreams for the past 25 years. She talks about dreams, their meanings, and what might be asking for attention in your life. Tricia uses dreams as a way of uncovering an individual’s pattern and perception of life with the goal of increasing self-awareness, stability, and good humor.
